Saturday the 14th is a 3D animated short film made during a 6 month period while studying at the 3D Animation and Visual Effects program at Vancouver Film School. It was created using Autodesk Maya 2013, Nuke, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premier.

Well there were two movies in the 80s that kinda feel like this. I just had a watching session last Wednesday with them as I presented the likes to my little usual gathering of film riffers weekly.

If you like such, you might want to seek out the ones from the 80s. There's more that were made later by someone else completely different, but not exactly the same.
