Jehovah's Witnesses Steal Credit from their kids #bibleanimation #exjw #jehovahwitnesses

Jehovah's Witnesses love to blame their children for their own mistakes. And also they love to steal credit from their children for accomplishments. All in service to their god Jehovah and his 9 cronies in New York called the Governing Body, the leaders of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society. Or at least the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

This is so terrible for building a self concept. Which is probably helpful when you want to keep people in an abusive religion.

I hate the way they are indoctrinating the children

I think that's the attitude of most Christian religions. If it's good, god did it. If it's bad, it's your fault.

Or thank the grovelling nobody, the faithful & discreet slave that refuse to give apologies. Who is that faithful to? How is that discreet? The evil slave reigns, as above, so below. 😈

This is going to sound macabre but I wonder what the suicide rate is amongst the Witnesses. We saw how Caleb reacted when he thought Jehovah wouldn’t be “his friend” for even daring to think about eating a cupcake at a classmate’s birthday. Caleb sweetie, if Jehovah is that petty and spiteful you don’t need him as a friend. You will have plenty of friends outside your prison.

I heard a song a while back that I think summs up the Governing Body perfectly. It's called The Doomed by A Perfect Circle. Imo the JW elders are the gluttonous, the slothful, the wrathful and the vain that are in the lyrics, while a lot of the regular members are the pious, the peaceful, the meek, the mourning and the merciful, and they are doomed.

What I have been raised on is that you ask God for help and you thank him for the journey and help he has given you. If it doesn’t go right or it didn’t happen it just God’s way for telling you it was not right or not yet. JW twisted that concept

Hey Magog just curious if you got wind of this? My parents were listening to the JW convention the other day on the PC bc they were sick so I overheard some stuff while doing their chores for them: Apparently they are big mad about all the videos of JWs at booths getting made fools of themselves by having like atheists and other believers come up to them and challenge their beliefs and leaving the JWs being unable to say more than "Oh well let me just look that up and get back to you..." Knowing dang well they don't get back. Well now I guess they made a new part of their website encouraging their members to remember answers they set up for them to deflect the embarrassing criticism. They called it smth like "Know your faith, express your faith? or smth like that, I thiiiink? And yeah there was another part where they were literally like, "Here's the Plan guys, this is YOUR Plan go get into Paradise: ...Just literally don't think about anything but serving Jehovah." They actually said more or less just that...

All of christianity is also like this. If things go your way and you prayed, then God answered your prayers. If it goes the wrong way, then your faith is being tested, or God works in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform!
