Thank you, Suzy Welch, for your valuable advice! 0:17 Use the ARSI test: The key is self-awareness to set yourself apart. A for Accurate, R for Relevant, S for Specific, I for interesting. Make sure your strengths are relevant. If your strength is risk taking, mention about ski diving. Instead of saying I am a team player, say "I have a lot of success bringing in people who don't agree."
