How to add and remove Roku channels

Thanks Roku... I've had my Roku for years but the interface was kinda messy for me and I didn't use it as much. Now I've cleaned up my home screen and I find it much easier to figure out something to watch.

I have a few question that I could get any help on (and can't find anyway to talk to a human) I looked under info. on some channels if the didn't say (SERVICE MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, or CABLE OR SATELLITE SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED) and there was no $ listed I figured they must be free? Is this right? and if they should have a $ price added are we going to be let know, so we can decide if we would still like to have it? I would like to get some help with this question Thank you
