Creamy Ranch Dressing -
One of THE most popular creamy dressings and so easy to make at home.
I use equal parts buttermilk, mayo and sour cream for a creamy texture and just the right amount of tang. A little pickle juice, fresh herbs and seasoning provide the final flavour touch.
Today I used it for a bacon and egg salad for a satisfying, filling lunch. A bed of greens with mixed veggies, herbs, hard cooked eggs and bacon.
