Referring to Prince William as a 'billionaire' is, I believe, quite misleading. He could hardly sell the Dutchy of Cornwall and bank the money. As the Duke of Cornwall, Prince William has the 'interest in possession' of the duchy's assets, which means he enjoys its net income, however does not have its outright ownership and does not have the right to sell capital assets for his own benefit. 🥰
