I can see myself living in a tiny house being single and housing market is crazy for a sole income but buying land is expensive all things considered. It some cases the tiny house and land together along with all the set up cost could come up to be as much as a already built house. It all depends the location youre wanting to live.

I love your tiny house! But I have to say I think you were in your element in California. I remember your moving vlog when you moved into your luxury studio apartment and I felt like you thrived so much. I kind of lived vicariously through you being an old married lady hehe. You'd think a tiny home would come with a tinier price tag to help make them affordable for most people. I thought it was around $50, 000 or so. Buahahahahahaha!

142k is horribly expensive for car-home. In that price, you can build real tiny home.

My mom bought her house for 60k back in the 90s and she cant believe her house has gone up well over triple of what she paid for it only 30 years ago. That's a 100k(ish) return on investment for every 10(ish) years shes owned it. Housing has gotten insanely expensive for the same house that was only worth a fraction of what it costs today 😅 $146k for your own living space is good by 2024 standards

You're right Annie renting is completely dead money. Worse a lot of these landlords buy to rent where they get tenants to pay their loan off for them. It's completely immoral and doesn't benefit society in the slightest. It's time landlords became part of history.

Cool house. It's small
efficient and green and definitely the way to go. it seems perfect for a singleton or partners not sure about children but I'm sure bigger version are available.

Air bnb at your parents place? they are being very gracious letting you stay on their property make them a bed and breakfast in their old age 😂 maybe try renting it out to a single person or couple that are very clean chill and not a problem
