Life goals/business Mentoring:
_____________________________________________

Hi guys! Here is my first update on my airbnb tiny house expenses and income. I met a lovely couple at their house as a mobile notary and our relationship has turned into a mentorship. I used every penny I made from being a notary signing agent and making money from home to invest in a tiny house business, tiny home business. I will be renting my tiny home on airbnb as an airbnb investment and airbnb host. I will eventually do a break down of the full cost of getting this land ready for a tiny house community. I want to take you along on this journey making money with short term rentals on airbnb as a glamping airbnb business. i first started with the idea of renting RV'S, but the idea grew to something much more passionate with tiny homes. This video was very hard and very raw for me to film and upload. It is often emotional and scary starting a new business and your emotions and fears will be on a rollercoaster. I invested all my money into this, so I will get scared on this journey, but I don't want to give up. This is a side hustle that pays a lot of money without a college degree. You can make $100,000 being a signing agent, making money everyday without a degree which has helped me create a business for rv living and tiny house alternatives.

A huge part of building wealth is diversifying your income because you can't budget your way out of low wages. In this video you will find how to make extra money in 2021, how to make money from home, make money online. Please subscribe below if you are interested in learning more ways to save money and intentional living. This is NO degree high paying job you don't want to miss out on!

Congrats!! This is one of my dreams, especially as a single mom and just as a person, you still gotta put in work/management but the passive income is the move!

I have a place out in boondocks but pay $72. Go with lowest speed, use your own router and modem, and you don’t need a cell extender just make instructions for everyone to go on wifi and enable wifi calling

Very cool! How did you source the capital for all of the clearing of lot/contractors/plumbing etc for the build?

What type of toilet do you have in your tiny house? Do you have a composting one or did you do a septic system?

Thanks so much for sharing! I keep running the idea of tiny homes or RV parks through my mind. The cashflow looks so good. What I don't like is that a tiny house doesn't grow in equity especially if you are buying rural land. I think I would want a house on a bigger piece of property that I could add two or three tiny homes. Did the builders give you a warranty on it? and did they give you a general life expectancy? Wondering how it will hold up in 10 20 30 years.

This is great! Curious though, do you have a video with a more comprehensive list of expenses? Is there a loan payment for the land or the builder? Insurance premiums? Air bnb fee? Other poperty management or accounting software? Just curious if those things were taken into account when calculating your expenses and income. Thanks for all your amazing content!

How much did the tiny house including the furniture and plot of land cost? The reason I ask is I’m very interested in doing my own in a couple of years. I’d love for you to give me a breakdown off all those costs if you could. Also, these videos from tiny house Airbnb owners I find so inspiring as it’s a much more affordable way to achieve financial freedom. Congrats on your success 😊

Is your land paid for? We are wanting to do something similar but are unsure about how to finance it. I love the tiny house idea too.

Have you considered maybe having someone with their own tiny home move on to your land to handle the cleaning and emergencies that arise ? Someone that acts professionally when having to deal with guests. You could give them free rent with an agreeable stipend. Let's say you would normally charge $700 for rent but for cleaning your tiny home, that rent would be free. The stipend would be, let's say an extra $500 for doing extra things like mowing, keeping the property looking nice, maintenance or planting shrubs/plants or whatever else you can think of. Of course these numbers are just an example and you can decide what to charge. And as your business grows and you add more tiny homes to the property, you can then lead into offering that person (or couple) a management position. I would love a position like this, the only thing is I haven't bought my tiny home Yet. Someday this is exactly what I would want for myself. My own tiny home community where I also have a few set up as Airbnbs. Except I would do things differently from most of the tiny home communities I see. I would offer lots that have complete privacy, with fences, tall shrubs or trees. I also would offer lower rents in exchange for upkeep of the property, like maintenance and mowing or whatever else I feel is needed. Whatever you decide to do I wish you the best of luck. I'm excited for you and can't wait to watch more videos showing your progress in this business !!

Nice! I'm divorced and need to think of my retirement home. Buying a cabin and fixing it up to rent it for now is an idea I've been flirting with. Im in California, which has plenty of opportunities for cabin purposing and rentals. Just subscribed!
