Why "an" in front of SAT course?

The last one is slightly confusing because if it is pronounced as 'SAT' then it would be 'a SAT course' but if it is pronounced by it's initials then it would be 'an S.(ess-vowel sound)A.T. course.

Why didn't explain this SAT course? Is not this vowel?

The A is used for the consonants like B C D F G H J K L M N P Q R S T V W Z (Idk if y and x are consonants)
The An is used for vowels like A E I O U

This is wrong. "An" is used in front the words which starts with phonetic of the letters "a, e, i, o, u". Refer run and Martin Grammer book. So, an sat course is wrong. If I am wrong, correct me pls. Thanks.

If you pronounce sat then a should appear, if u pronounce individually then it would be like "es a t" when e is a vowel an should appear..

it should be an S-A-T course. (an es-a-t)
the man was to take a seat. (a cit)

For me it's difficult to understand, why "an " instead of "a".
