Even with English as my native language, it is always so interesting to learn about English grammar and all the rules that go unspoken that you just learn over time. Like I know some words sound right with 'a' and some words sound right with 'an' but until now I would not have been able to explain why. I remember being about thirteen and being blown away when I learned that English has 13 tenses. Like once I thought about it, it made sense, but before that I just assumed there was only past, present, and future. My favorite was the past-future tense, such as "He will have been to the store." It also made a lot more sense why people find English so confusing to learn. A number of languages don't even have three tenses, so I can see how 13 would probably feel like overkill to a lot of people.

You are great Emma! What a lovely teacher you are! I supposed myself unable to listen native speaker's pronunciation and correct usage of grammar. Now, I listen your pronunciation as well as improving the usage of grammar. I need to learn English more than I could. After now, I will ask you some questions as your student, if you are voluntary to answer. Thank you Emma for your contribution to me.

Hi Emma, thank you very much for the amazing lesson! 🙋‍♂️👍
Articles are very small itself, but the topic about articles is really HUGE! 😬😃
I started learning rules about them being in elementary school, and still haven't remembered all the exceptions 😝 🤷‍♂️
Wish the whole community only the best! 😊🙌
Let's boost our English speaking skills together! 💪🤩
