In 2024, Middlesex University Dubai celebrates an incredibly important milestone: 20 years of quality UK education in Dubai. This special series will capture the stories of 20 members of staff, faculty, students, alumni and partners who have shaped and been shaped by Middlesex University Dubai over the past two decades.

Professor Tenia Kyriazi, Deputy Director Teaching and Learning, Law & Social Sciences and Head of Law & Politics, Middlesex University Dubai shares the sense of community and belonging that is prevalent amongst both staff and students alike at MDX Dubai.

Reflecting on her time at the University, she proudly highlights how some of her former law students have now become her colleagues in the department. MDX Dubai is proud to have many former students now working as faculty, strengthening the University's legacy of growth and connection.
