I think, the first time you doing freedive like this, you not expert instant

and here I come to partially disagree. Many people doing cycling kick is becouse of too stiff fins - mostly plastic ones. Personally I was unable to do a proper kicking (the front kick) with Cressi Gara 2000, guess what when I got my soft carbs? :)
