Neglecting the prayer takes you away from Allah and praying your Salah brings you back to him. Remember the one who created you, be grateful and pray your Salah. Alhamdulillah.

This is very helpful, I was stressing out how I am going to make up 6 years worth of prayers in my teenage years. I dealt with reoccurring major depression and psychosis, so I was in and out of episodes all the time. Only through truly finding Allah did I know peace and hope that as long as I follow him I am going to find relief. I am turning 18 in march, just the day before Ramadan starts and I want to do the best I can to live a beautiful life.

"Sabr is when you hold so much pain inside, but smile in front of people."

"Sabr is when your eyes full of tears but no one notice because you quickly wipe them away."

"Sabr is when people are too harsh on you, you choose to endure and forgive."

"Sabr is when you don't get what you want, but you still praise to Allah."

"Sabr is when you are in time of hardship, you are still able to say, Alhumdulillah."

"Sabr is to have complete faith and trust in Allah that will make everything alright."

"Sabr is when you can't understand what's the plans of Allah for you, still you trust his plans."

"Sabr is being content with what Allah has written for you."

Reward for patience:

*اِنَّمَا یُوَفَّی الصّٰبِرُوۡنَ  اَجۡرَہُمۡ بِغَیۡرِ حِسَابٍ

"Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account."

We all are guilty of missing salah if we restart it and continue with it Allah is the most forgiving

This is very helpful. I've been away from salah for so long and anytime i think of making up for missed, I rather end up worsening the situation and missing more salah.

I actually didnt pray for 15 years and didnt know anything about islam, because i didnt grow up in a practicing family. But for around 8 months now Allah doesnt let me sleep if i didnt do all my 5 prayers. Allahu akbar. He litteraly called and even forced me to the prayer. Now i know the meaning and importance of the prayer and learned alot about islam and learned the prayer. But i decided to do all prayers twice and some extra for months now, in hope that in around 15 years im good again. This video is a funny reminder, but i try and hope Allah will let me do them twice and accept them inshallah. Ameen.

Make the following words of the Prophet ﷺ your motto and fear none except the One and only:

❝And if the nations gathered together to harm you, they could not harm you unless Allah has decreed it for you.❞

(Tirmidhī 2516. Graded Sahīh)

A lot of my friends are making up years of salah by praying a few times after each prayer. By praying 5 times after each salah, you can make up 5 years of missed prayers each year. That means that I could possibly make up 10 years of missed prayers in only 2 years. Thats a small time investment for how huge of a sin it is to miss your daily prayers.

If your five daily Salah aren't complete on the day of judgement Allah will look at your optional Salah to compensate for your shortcoming in Salah.

I have just decided to make up 9 years of (intentionally) missed Salah after speaking to a student of knowledge friend of mine, who said that I should indeed make them up. It does not even bother me that much to be honest as I feel like I have decided on making up my debt to Allah. Keep in mind that when we would pray all the sunnah prayers, i would be more than making up a day worth of missed prayers per day. I have now made up 2 days out of 3313 in total. InshaAllah one day I can look back at this and have made right all my missed prayers. If anyone also wants to make up his missed prayers and needs tips, advice, help to calculate and how to keep track of it. He may send me a message and I will try to help inshaAllah.

May Allah make it easy for us and accept our repentance.

Alhamdulilah 🙏 today my problem is solved. I am a Muslim and 29 years old but I've not been praying the 5 daily prayers. I was disturbed because our schoolers are saying that I have to pay back all the missing prayers. So I completely gave up asking myself how on earth am I going to pay back all the 25years of missing prayers. I really love Allah and I guessed he loves me too. Because of all these years of not worshipping him, he's been very very good to me. I don't know wether it's because of the holy Quran in my head (LONG STORY FOR THAT). I lost hope then but you've actually solved a big puzzle for me. Now I know I can go back and ask for forgiveness and inshallah I'll be a good servant of Allah from now on. Jazakallah Khairan sheikh for sharing this with us. It really helped me and I know I'm not the only one.

May Allah SWT bless you💯
Dear Brothers and Sisters, please read this comment! It will only bring you benefits.

1. It was narrated that Abu Umaamah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.”

2. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said:“There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subahana Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhana Allahi Al-`Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari)

4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.” (Muslim)

5. Zaid ibn Harithah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whosoever says: ‘Astaghfirullaha al-`Azeem al-ladhi la ilaha illa howa Al-Hayy al-Qayyum wa atubu illayh(I ask forgiveness of Allah, the Magnificent, than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I turn to Him in repentance, ) his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah, which is a grave sin in Islam). (Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani)

6. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites salawaat on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI)

7. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, “If that’s the case, then we will increase in our palaces!” The Prophet ﷺ (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, “Allah is better and greater (in reward).” [Ahmad]

8. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. [Bayhaqi]

9. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu an laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa ashadu anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ – the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi]

10. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammad Nabiyya” – ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet, ’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud]

11. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as’aluk al-Jannah), then Paradise will say: “O Allah! Enter him into Paradise!” And whoever seeks protection with Allah from the Fire three times (Allahumma ajirni min an-Nar), the Fire will say: “O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!” [Tirmidhi]

12. Whoever is easy-going, gentle and kind, Allah will make the fire forbidden for him. [Hakim]

13. In Paradise there are rooms whose outside can be seen from the inside and the inside can be seen from the outside. Allah has prepared them for those who feed the poor, who are gentle in speech, who fast regularly and who pray at night when (other) people are asleep. [Ahmad]

14. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Soorah Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].”

15. Say this 3 times for 6 hours worth of reward: Subhan-Allah Wa bihamdihi, ‘adada khalqihi, wa rida-a nafsihi, wa zenatee ‘arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi(Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure by weight of his throne, equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise).” (Muslim)
