Air India's all-women cockpit crew, which operated the inaugural flight between San Francisco and Bengaluru, received a grand welcome shortly after landing at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. It was the longest commercial flight in the world to be operated by any Indian airline, and flew over the North Pole. The total time the flight took was approximately 17 hours. The members of the crew were Captain Zoya Agarwal, Captain Papagari Thanmai, Captain Akanksha Sonawane, and Captain Shivani Manhas.
