We live on a fully fenced ranch, we have a Mali, she is here because she chooses to be. We know this now, as have seen her foot prints on the gate posts when she uses them to gain extra height to get over the fence.... A 10FT FENCE. she never runs off, never leaves my side... But clearly at some point in the evening, she likes to Jump the highest fence we have. She's an absolute meat missile and when in "Beast mode" rounds up everyone in a hot minute... Goats, Cats, kids, me, Mrs, Chickens.

It’s not just that she jumps over the fence effortlessly, she understands her masters command to jump over. My boy Nico jumps, flys and can scale a 15ft fence by running up and jumping off of my back. I brought my boy home from my Army Special Forces A-Team. His handler was KIA and I adopted the dog. I had to go to training with him to learn the commands to speak to him. He’s so gentle with my daughter, but will fiercely protect his family.

Watching this video, I realize something for the first time since we got our dog 14 years ago.
She chooses to be with us.
She is a shepherd mix. When we go for a walk, she likes to jump up with her front paws over very high fences and walks. She checks what’s on the other side, doing so to make sure everything is safe for us when we walk by peoples homes. 🙂
She can easily jump out of our yard if she ever wanted to yet she has never left us. 💕
