new DP facet is a double-edged sword, it is absolutely broken early game and allows you to be a raid boss at 20 mn, but the more the game drags on the more it hurts you -- at level 4 you delay 50% of incoming damage but that 50% damage becomes unmitigated, which translates into huge damage when a farmed carry or a whole deathball hits you. Basically don't play it in low brackets where people sleep in the forest, or be prepared to use a build with lots of way to cancel the delayed damage (Euls, Eblade, Aeon disk)

fun fact. with lone druids new facet, if you buy 3 butterflys and use the feather teir 4 neutral item you get....100% evasion :)

You forgot mention AM new scepter and SK scepter
AM gain empower after using blink which gave AM next attack to burn 20% max mana on target and disables mana regen for 6s (cant be dispel)
and SK Scepter on Epicenter that cast random sting in the area which can be usefull with SK build carry now
