There should be whole government department

What is the actual risk is it you are talking about?
It sounds like you don't understand how software wallets work.
There is no update TW can do to prevent you from accessing your multi-wallet. If they stop developing TW and it is removed from the app stores,
you can simply import your seed into another wallet provider and access your crypto.

CZ and Binance is one of the pioneers of the crypto adaptability. It's highly likely Binance has already came up with a strategy to deal with US regulation

You can access all your crypto from trust wallet using any other wallets as long as you have seeds.

which wallet is safest? i read some have weak seed phrase combinations that can be brute forced.

Exodus is also based in the US. However, as far as I am aware Exodus is only the Gui and certain overlays and functions while the funds are stored with associated private keys that is separate from Exodus. That means you could access your funds without the use of Exodus which is basically just the gui. Thus Exodus would have no control over your funds in terms of sending or receiving etc. Correct me if I am wrong about this. For example ETH in exodus can also be accessed using myetherwallet using the private key that can be retrieved in the Exodus private menu.
