Huh? Romania would never annex all of Hungary and declare a union. And the Little Entente wouldn’t be needed if there was no Hungary… not talking about the issues internally.

2. UK and France would still give Sudetenland to Germany
3. Soviets wouldn't join in germanies side, if they declared on Czechoslovakia, Soviets would join Czechs alliance

not likely Soviet Union joining Germany's side, because until 1939 USSR was acting mostly pro-peaceful in terms of foreign politics. if discussed in 1939, when Molotov became CEO of foreign policy, yeah that is most likely option, he leaded Soviet Union to get more benefits from war and do not care about peace. Litvinov, his predecessor, was acting more like cooperating with the western allies and was fully into peace, even requesting help for czechoslovakia during Munich agreement (of course to gain influence don't be naive)

I have one issue, the main reason the Little Entente was made was to stop Hungarian expansionism, which obviously wouldn't be happening here, so wouldnt the Little Entente just not exist?

one question. Why would Poland join that war? First of all, Poland wasn't part of little entante. And second of all, Czechoslovakia and Poland had a border dispute over Cieszyn Silesia, Spisz and Orawa regions.

Germany, even though it was under prepared, but only slightly during 1938 it was only slightly under prepared. It was fastly mobilizing. Czechoslovakia does have its fort line. Most of the Balkans alone are just a weak nations. The strongest evolved them would just be Romania. Slavia would also be attacked by Italy trying to seek lens from them before Germany gets the land along with Italy attacking Greece. It might take a little bit longer for the Germans and Italians to run the Balkans down, but they would eventually do it.
