This will save you time when you’re creating new videos. You can use a tool like Canva or Adobe Spark to create templates that you can use over and over again. Or if you’re more familiar with editing, you can do the same in Premiere Pro, DaVinci or Final Cut.

This will help you to schedule your posts in advance so you don’t have to worry about logging in every day to post. You can use a tool like Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer to schedule your posts. If you don’t fancy paying for a tool, instagram has been rolling out scheduling within the app so check to see if the option is available for you!

🤖 Use automated tools.
Depending on your niche and workflow there are hundreds of tools out there that can automate anything from posting content, sending emails or editing so take a look and see what can help with your needs.

🎥 Use stock footage and music.
Yes, we all would prefer to make content ourself and realistically its the best way because you have complete customisation but not everyone has the time or tools to do so, so check out resources like Pexels, Unsplash & Vecteezy which have a variety of assets you can use. Some are paid, some are free and some require attribution so make sure you read the T&Cs.

♻️ Repurpose your content.
You can repurpose your content by creating new videos or posts from old content. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with reusing content, plenty of photos/videos/designs can fit into more than one project. Or even just reposting your old videos down the line gives new followers the chance to see them!
