In this video, I go over one of the most useful things you will learn in your music production career to bring impact and life to your music, AUTOMATIONS. Automations can be as simple as introducing an element in your Dance track to create moments in your track that people will be able to remember to identify your track. In this video, I will be taking the approach of explaining the basics and then moving on to more advanced examples of automation and how you can utilize return tracks and some creativity to create moments and unique effects in your tracks.

Now let's face it execution Automations can be simple in nature but the beauty of it comes when you use it as a way to create contrast, and introduce elements in your track

one thing I love about Zen World Sam tutorials, he never demonstrates on shitty music, always top-notch composition. this dude literally teaches the rare-advanced tricks on incredible tracks. i watch some of the tutorials more than once just because of the great track playing and so much good information to take notes.

Hey Zen,
it might be not that hard but could you pleeease make a tutorial on the typical Swacq bass? For example like in his "To the wire" Remix. Would be much appreciated!

whats the key step in patching the matriarch to get it to sound fat like 24:04 and 26:14 - osc layering for phasy drift against each other, pwm square into filter, osc sync, some specific stereo setting of the filter, something specific to paraphonic mode setup, or is that just the way moog filters sound? trying to wrap my head around if I could achieve similar fatness with the mother 32, dfam, subharmonicon bundle.
