Fairfield Circuitry - Meet Maude Analog Delay // Full Demo

Dark, murky, hazy, degraded, gritty—kind of impossible not to use any of those words describing Meet Maude. It's an analog delay that, instead of trying to tame those things, leans into them and adds so much character and atmosphere in doing so. Perhaps not the sound for *everyone*, but if you connect with it, it's truly a special one.

This pedal on really short (slapback) delay times reminds me a lot of sounds I get from the Rainbow Machine, which I love and use all the time.

I use an OBNE Ramper w/ my Maude to switch back and forth between 'traditional' delay and a chorus/mod-y sound. One quirk about this pedal is that the Time knob is 'reversed' -- when you control both Time and Feedback with an expression input, you're moving between max feedback and min time, and min feedback and max time. I'd say that this is frustrating, but it's a fun quirk to mess around with.

Subscribed right after watching this demo. I already own and know the pedal well (Even sometimes just guitar through shortest delay time on 100% wet) - But this was just a real well done demo! Now I gotta get Tensor as well though :D hehe
