By invoking 142 has done a great injustice to the victims and people of India in this case
142 is an anathema of we the people concept.
Moreover why 2.5 years why not earlier or later
Why JJCase took so long and judgement delivered after her death.
Although We live Democracy Some are still the Maharajas of India!!!!
