Bisbo I generally loved watching your videos, they are full of facts, information and spread awareness in this digital platform. This one also follows the pattern. And most important that this information are unbiased and yet easy to understand.

I am pen down this comment to rectify just one data in among all the data contains in this Video.
*On 1994 Dhananjay Chatterjee Vs The State Of West Bengal Case, our beloved president Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam refused to use The Power of Clemency.*

P.S - I am not a supporter of Dhananjay so please gaali matt dena... What he had done, he should always be ended like that.
I just wanna correct the data here.

It’s basically a revenge for IPKF misbehaviour with innocent Jaffna girls and children!

Many people don't know what IPKF did in Srilanka. It's easy to talk in comments but it was something way more what we see in a bisbo it has a suffering of thousands of tamils.

The Jaffna hospital massacre occurred on October 21 and 22, 1987, during the Sri Lankan Civil War, when troops of the Indian Peace Keeping Force entered the premises of the Jaffna Teaching Hospital in Jaffna,  Sri Lanka, an island nation in South Asia, and killed nearly 100 patients and staff. The rebel Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam,  the government of Sri Lanka, and independent observers such as the University Teachers for Human Rights and others have called it a massacre of civilians. Now you understand why Rajeev Gandhi was killed? He is not an innocent. Did any of the Indian soldiers face war crime charges? It's the effect of Law of Karma. Nobody escapes. You reap what you sow.

During the time of the assassination, Rajiv Gandhi was not India's P.M. .He was the former P.M. .

If the courts keep on letting killers go free, then the people won't have any fear. Their mindset will change like anyhow after serving 14 years sentence they will be free and will continue committing crime. The criminal should feel that he will lose their life if they commit crime.
And the cases of people being killed in the broad day light is becoming frequent these days in almost all parts of India. Death sentences will reduce these crimes.

Painfully sickening on how a murderer is making his statement to be released based on how less he killed; comparing with other murderers with extra numbers.
Totally insane

Supreme Court should definitely be condemned.

What about his promise that he will help to resolve the issue peacefully? Sent IPKF which misbehaved (incidents of rapes) with thousands of Tamils .. What about that? When they believed that rajiv will help them to resolve the issue but instead backstabbed by his ipkf 🤔? There are always 2 sides to a coin

Why would the LTTE attack Rajiv Gandhi when there was a peace deal signed?

Please go through how Rajiv Gandhi backstabbed Prabhakaran to completely understand why the assassination took place.

What the LTTE did was completely wrong, but there was a reason behind it. Bisbo kindly show the other side of the story as well.

This is a highly debatable topic with no right answer. Should the killers of Rajiv be set free coz of Gandhi family's insistence?
Well if Rajiv was not the PM then the request to pardon the criminal by the victim's family is often taken into consideration. I am not sure if the decision to pardon Nalini was motivated by politics or personal principles, but either way Rajiv had given his life to the country, so I think its only fair, that in death he belonged to his family.

Rajiv Ghandhi kill hundreds of tamil ellam people in sri lanka in the name of "peace keeping mission". And how about that? Nalini and the others had served almost 30 years in prison. The court made a right decision by free them.

The Dilemma of Reformative Justice instead of Retributive, the President's role in his power of Clemency and an assassination which left India without a PM. We've surely got a long way to go. I never thought the curious case of the assassination of our former PM had so many layers to it. Thankyou so much Bisbo for evolving us all.

What a horrible world we are living in. Even Indira Gandhi was killed by her own trusted bodyguard. Rajiv Gandhi was killed by a person whom he swore to protect. Rahul and Priyanka have seen so much betrayal in their life. Yet people make fun of Rahul knowing what all they underwent. Sonia Gandhi remained a dedicated daughter in law of the soil unlike her Indian sis in law who left her husband's party and joined the other. Yet even she is critized for her non Indian roots though she is much better than any of us.

For killing more than a million unaccounted Tamils in a foreign country, the entire congress and commandos should be put in trail. Our bloods on their hands.
