Hello. Please read up on Radio works. Those songs/images were most likely sent by a different transmitter that operates on the same frequency (like a person with a ham radio). So they would appear to be one signal, even if its two signals overlaid. Kinda like two people talking at the same time

The meme songs And memes are likely people breaking into the number station network, and likely putting in whatever they want into it. That’s the explanation for it, Bye.

I just can't get enough of this station. I'm hooked and I find it difficult to function without a regular dose of it. I'd recommend it to anyone with time on their hands. 4625 Khz is set on my HF receiver as my favorite channel. When I'm not enjoying the buzz and peck programme they provide for listeners, I'm off to the HF aeronautical frequencies, to get regular doses of "SELCAL" tones. Although I do have to state that the interruption by pilots and ground controllers/information providers (between these tones) can be VERY annoying.

Hello, I’m a radio enfusiest and UVB-76 Is not a WW3 Starter, but a Numbers spy station.

Its just a station used for Russian soldiers to communicate with each other. The buzzing is notifying people that the station is already used and to not use it.

Pirates, trolls, and 4chan users have hacked the station countless times and put meme sounds on it.

You’re using a clip of the bother in 2001 or 2002 but now it’s more gentle and not like static most of the time
