Cruel treatment in GA means abuse and it’s absolutely documented. Also, he’s in a small (white) area. However he’s got an experienced lawyer. But keep in mind, all 40k is probably going to be spent on that divorce. (I’m a divorce atty in Ga.)

If she had anything on Michael, she would have shown it at the Tell All. She hired a PI to see if he was cheating. He wasn't. She hired them to find is she was scamming her. He wasn't. In those 7 years together. They were countries away, she couldn't be abusive like she was if there were in person. Which is why Michael left when he had to actually live with her in Georgia. Michael has a right as a human not to be mental and physically abused my your partner.
