Audi A6(2019) cooling fan always on!

An inconceivable problem in a car manufactured in 2019! The cooling fan was always on due to a communication issue between the engine ECU and the cooling fan module. After a resistance check, we discovered that the problem was caused by two broken wires requiring extensive stripping for access. Despite being a relatively new car from 2019, instances of such wiring problems are not uncommon. Considering the frequency of these issues, it raises concerns about the durability of this type of wiring in the long term. After fixing the broken wires, the vehicle is now ready for reassembly, and the cooling fan issue has been successfully resolved.
