Here’s your 34 Weeks Pregnancy Update! Baby can open and close their eyes and are around 5 pounds (give or take- every baby is uniquely perfect!). With this added weight on your body and pelvic floor, back pain during pregnancy becomes common as does tension in the pelvic floor. In this video, we talk about the pelvic floor release and how exercise during pregnancy can be a form of self care and relieve common pregnancy pain.

34 weeks and have felt SO good this pregnancy physical. I’ve focused on staying relaxed physically through the Melt Method and pelvic floor appointments. Not cheap but WORTH IT for hands on info and curated small workouts.

I’m 34+4 with my second baby. I feel like I’m way more uncomfortable at this pregnancy than my last one. It’s so hard to be a pregnant SAHM with a toddler. I am standing a lot. I try not to do anything after we put her to sleep at 7:30pm. At that point, I just want to lie down. Can’t wait to give birth and power through the newborn stage! I want to move normally again and stop what I call this ‘temporary disability’. I’ve also had diarrhea for the last few days which I read can be normal in the later stages of pregnancy…

My sweet babe is 34 weeks and only weighs 3lbs 14oz 🥺😭 considered “severe growth restriction” and they’re looking at taking him at 37 weeks if is still small in these next weeks 😢
But I’d rather have him out if that’s what’s best for him
