Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has chipped away at our rights so much so that every citizen MUST know their Miranda Rights like the back of their hand. If they don't, the police can legally trick and manipulate them. So, if you don't know your Miranda Rights, watch my videos and read up on them as soon as possible.

Crazy that we have to even fight for our "Rights" that are already ingrained in our Bill of Rights.

I seen plenty of video where cops think Miranda rights only apply when you are arrested. Some woman got arrested for remaining silent said she wasn’t going to answer and questions. She got arrested for that and the cops read her Miranda rights. I mean the irony the case got dropped and I think the cop got fired.

I find it funny how everyone who talks about your “Miranda rights” never, ever mentions how Miranda was a rapist, was still found guilty even after his retrial, was connected to other criminals, was sentenced 20 to 30 years in prison and ended up stabbed to death on parole.

The amount of innocent people arrested and found guilty is absolutely negligible compared to actual guilty criminals. But for some reason, everyone on YouTube thinks the system is out to arrest everyone without a fair trial because of a couple random videos of auditors provoking cops…

😂what in the world are you talking about? If a cop wants to use a statement against the person while they’re in custody, they are required to read Miranda to them? As a lawyer YOU should really know how that works.
