I was buying the beyond beef and then stopped cause it’s so expensive. Now I just use tofu and this recipe every time I make it. Thanks for making such a simple/easy to follow video!(:

You should rehydrate it in a bit of water and add taco powder to the water like the directions on the back it give it a bettee texture
