Unlawful Repo; my relatives just won a case like that. They were actually sitting in the car talking with me when the guys started to tow the car with them in it, about to run me over. I had to yell that people are in the car, but they didn’t care. We had to call the police, whom told them to drop the car. The police were very helpful and advised us on how to go about to report the tow company to the State Transportation Department. If they fell out the car when getting out the tow company were liable. The car was even damaged by the tow company 😮…js know you rights and the Law. One friend even had her car repo but her notes were paid, someone at dealership finance dept., where she purchased her car was stealing money
