In this video you see the tow truck repo a dodge ram as the the truck is hooked up the debtor is seen running out of the store and jumps in the truck . Once the car is hooked the repossession in over people always seem to think if you just jump in the car the repo man must put it down !! but it does not work like that all the repo man has to do is call the cops and the person will be removed from the car or they will be subject to arrest !!!

I was about to say it’s illegal to tow an occupied vehicle till I saw ole’ boy running from the restaurant trying to hop in and drive off. He moved so fast I had to rewatch the clip. Could’ve been an Olympic athlete. 😂

They should of talked to the bank or whomever they had a loan with. They will work with you, they don't want to have to take the vehicle, it's more work for them, avoiding them is shady to them, so they will look for the vehicle, before you start hiding it. You, will have more trouble hiding it, and you will destroy your credit, they look up your credit and will see your a risk.

The issuer of the loan is the rightful owner, the person that has not fulfilled the payment obligation has forfeited their rights to the vehicle. So the person jumping into the vehicle should be charged with attempted grand theft.

everyone if car get towed check to see if the actual truck is on repo list you can do this ;by casting police release desk. then contact big rig give info to have tow trucks so they repo.
