Conan may not be entirely self-made, he came from a privileged background with strong schooling, but he’s never forgotten being a broke writer. And getting screwed over by Jay Leno. He takes care of the people under and around him.

Conan has taken great strides to be a great boss and friend and I think we can all learn something from that sort of humility. Of running things in such a way that you always remember the people under and around you.

To clarify, I’m vehemently anti-Musk. I think Conan’s leadership style is the way we all should be.

A huge difference between Conan and Elon that is missing from your excellent observation is... Conan loves people and cultures from all nations and celebrates humanity in all it's variations. Conan Without Boarders and Conan Must Go is the most endearing, thoughtful, and hilarious a celebrity can be. Conan going to Haiti in trump's first term is perfect and exactly what I needed to see at the time because no news was humanizing the good people of Haiti. On the other hand, Elon is posting "race science, " antisemitic conspiracy theories, and uplifting neo-nazis around the world on his platform. Elon is exploiting foreign labor and insulting nations that refuse anything from him. They are worlds apart in this respect.
Thank you, Steve, for making this video, I would not have not drawn this comparison without the spark and your most important that touched me... Elon is pitiful and Conan is successful in everything I find meaningful.
