It's so weird hearing him say that he doesn't know what it is!!!

Don't know if its just me but seeing Sheldon knowing nothing about science somehow shatters my heart

He kind of acts like Sheldon. I thought his voice and mannerisms would be a different.

It makes me very uncomfortable hearing Sheldon Cooper get confused over periodic elements.

Scissors cuts Paper
Paper covers Rock
Rock crushes Lizard
Lizard poisons Spock
Spock smashes Scissors
Scissors decapitates Lizard
Lizard eats Paper
Paper disproves Spock
Spock vaporizes Rock
(and as it always has) Rock crushes Scissors

THAT'S how good of an actor Jim Parsons is. You're so shocked he doesn't actually know all the Sheldon stuff because he embodies the character SO WELL on tv that we expect it to be reality.

I can relate. In primary school a German substitute teacher taught us Oh Tanenbaum phonetically for Christmas. I didn't understand one word, I still don't, but at the age of 58 I can still sing it flawlessly! Childhood memories are the deepest.

Jim Parsons is possibly the weirdest actor to see and hear outside of his show.

Hearing the words "I don't know what that is" I'm Sheldon's voice is quite baffling

This guy plays his character so damn well that I can no longer see him as anyone other than Sheldon, it’s not like Robert Downey Jr where you can separate them after a sec, he just is such a perfect fit for a socially awkward and eccentric scientist
