I haven't been in my best moments right now. I have depression and axniety, everything feels overwhelming and it seems I'd never be able to get out of that hole I'm trying to escape from. I may not feeling well now, but I sit and think: Is this what I want? Is this what my loved ones want? Do I have a reason to feel like this? Maybe yes, maybe not.

We struggle so much, and that's okay. Life isn't perfect and will never be, we will always have our ups and downs but that's okay. Get up and keep living, keep fighting, don't give up.

Right now, I am not feeling well, but I try to remind myself that it is just temporal. I will he waiting for the day I can truly say "I made it". Please, go for it, fulfill your dreams and goals.

If you need to talk, vent, give words, anything, feel free to comment.

To whoever read this: You are special. Thanks for reading.

I swear to god psych2go is reading my mind somehow. Whenever I feel one way or another a video pops up explaining why I feel this way and reassuring me I am not alone in the feeling.

As someone in the mental health industry, I can truly say that mental health is something we all must take seriously.

Sometimes, we think that our little bad habits do not matter. But the truth is that they can compound to affect our mental health negatively. I am so happy that there are videos like this one to teach people these things. Great information!

I relate to #1 so much. As someone with autism and adhd, I struggle with this. I'm trying to get away from #3 as that's easier to fix.

I can relate to the last one. After doing small renovations and painting the walls and and a few other renovations, i feel better. You'd be surprised what a clean white wall does for you .

Yep. I'm definitely going through 1 and 3. I tend to make a lot of mistakes and vocally beat myself up for them because they feel like mistakes I shouldn't be making. I'm also in a job I've grown to heavily dislike, but after years of fruitless job hunting, it was the only one I could get 😞

Been experiencing the third one and it went on for more than six years. It truly affected my mental health.I am so glad I was able to break free from it.

Food For Thought: Your mental health is more important than the test, the interview, the lunch date, the meeting, the family dinner, and the grocery run. Always remember to take care of your mental health.

I can relate to a few, definitely finincal issues. #1, under sleep sometimes, definitely in the process of looking for an affordable place soon, around alot of negativity at the moment that definitely effects me. I am not a negative person but when u deal with others problems over 22 hours of the day, yes it is definitely overwhelming, like today for instance. Got problems I didn't need. Waiting for January so I can move & hopefully my daughter will start listening instead of giving me 10x more problems i need. I don't exercise, but I love to meditate. I do feel very overwhelmed & most of it is me trying to make sure others are ok. Being a single mom definitely takes a toll too when u don't have the best income. Alot of issues I'm dealing with at the moment. But I'll be fine.

One great thing I did for my mental health was quitting Facebook. I’ve heard that it makes anxiety and depression worse for people who already have those conditions.

Since I started working on myself, I have been overcoming all these shortfalls.Though it was difficult, very painful at first but then slowly slowly I got acclimatised to it and now I have become a new version of self.
Still whenever I hear the name of their place, i.e the capital of a particular state and our country, it triggers me and I go back in flashback and whenever I hear someone calling that familiar name, I get anxiety.
Though nowdays I have gained the power how to overcome these situations.
