Turntable: Technics SL-1200G
Cartridge: Audio Technica ART9
Amplifier: Devialet Expert Pro 440

Direct USB connection from the audio system into a MacBook Pro.
No audio manipulation whatsoever, this is straight from the vinyl and on to the finished video.

Just picked up a pair of Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones, running them via a Creative Labs G6 sound card. This sounds phenomenal through 'em, I reduced the bass sliders to position 3 (next to the highest bass but not over the top), sounds right in the pocket. I don't love the new CD remaster of Dark Side, sounds very harsh and clinical to me. This is 10000x better and the proper way to hear the album. I still need to pick up the older CD reissue with the 5.1 mix though.

Such a beautiful song. Skylab, Viking Mission, Voyager 1+2, are we alone in the universe. Fits so nicely in my opinion.
