Mam I have been working with statastical analysis of gaussian surface using R, how sd and mean are related is it the variance that is the key factor if so let me know mam

Hi Madam,


One of my customer using Hba1C analyser, customer is running level 1 and level 2 QC in analyser, customer requests that all QC values must fall within the mean. Is it correct Madam? If all QC point fall on the mean, it violates what rules Madam?
