If this actually works I'm going to cry..

My phone starts fine then boom after a few minutes the touch screen is unresponsive.. i've tried restarting and safe mode.. this might be my last resort.

Hi so I have tried this an still its frozen carry it to an authorized dealer which Samsung recommended an they said its a flex problem I have mines 14 months the warranty up after a year so that's how long this ph lasts. Now I have to spend more money to fix it . Samsung should recall all this made in China a 72 phones . I won't recommend anyone to buy a Samsung ph. Put the rest an buy an iPhone or a xiomai.
