Hi, I love this video cause it really did the hard factory reset. BUT, my issue why I do factory reset is because My A72 was stuck in airplane mode which it didnt turn off, stuck in light blue light. After the factory reset, I inserted my sim card, then the light blue airplane mode came back again. dont know how to solve this. I have a 14month old phone.
