I'm Australian and we use "oi!" when we shout, so naturally, it is very cool that in Russian you can use it to replace "hey"

A beginner tip, I wish I had known months ago. Rather than learn polar opposites of adjectives, you only need to learn ONE in the beginning. Just put a "ne" in front of it to express the opposite. Visoky-Tall Nevisoky-Short. Simply pick which adjective is easiest for you to remember, then use 'ne' for the opposite.
.
Of course, you eventually want to learn them all so you can recognize when its said to you. But as a beginner, we want to get the most expression in the least time without filling our brains needlessly.
.
BTW, if you want to say a car is can't say 'its not

in your lovely lesson the word 'far' as is better expressed as "distant" when describing someone's attitude to you. Otherwise your English is excellent!
