Most important word in the video "sabke liye nhi hai". In maharatnas growth is steady and even work load is steady. Not like "low work pressure". In mechanical field growth be it PSU or private growth comes only with experience and network

Best strategy is work in any psu for 5 to 6 year and than join good MNC you get good salary as well as respect

bruh ai will take away our job and also we dont know when there will be another recession. In mncs its always survival of the fittest and there is constant pressure to perform better(because of which we are seeing many heart attacks among the youth today). I cant imagine myslef learning some new ai tools when i am some 45 years old. thats why in all aspects, even for cs/it students, psus are always the best. At the end of the day, money does matter but it is not everything. If you are in a psu, you will be able to spend time with your family, work without any pressure and lead a healthy and happy life. Ultimately this is what most of us seek for. Wha t use is it when you are earning 1 crore but are under constant fear of who will take away your job.

Mechanical student If you have good score in gate go for psu not for mtech. There is very less chance after mtech to get jobs in mechanical engineering.

He's right, Growth is slow in PSU. But don't also do Mtech or PhD in Mech. It's useless.
