About the rollback from redo log, is it possible for DBWr process to write uncommitted buffer cache blocks to data files?

Sir in the instance recovery video u said that rollforward happens with the committed un-checkpointed changes in the redo log.and roll back happens with the uncommited uncheckpointed changes ...Here u are saying rollforward happens with the not committed changes????Please clear...

This was one of the confusing video of the course, i was reading OCA book, there it was written only transaction which is committed gets a SCN, but here sir saying every activity gets an SCN, nd in one of the replies Sir saying SCN gets committed for a commit, If anyone can explain will be helpful.

How about if the DB is IDLE, Will it change or not?

Sir in multi transaction vedio u said that SCN is only generate when commit is occur
In this vedio u saying that if any event occure like dml, ddl, select then scn is generate.
