Join us in today's video as we embark on an exciting adventure to lift our 1989 RamCharger without breaking the bank. With a limited time frame and a desire to save money, we're opting for an unconventional approach!

In our race against time to transport this truck 1200 miles back home, waiting for the "proper" parts simply isn't an option. Instead, we've come up with a creative solution that goes beyond the sketchy, long shackles from our 1991 RamCharger.

Prepare to witness the transformation as we utilize various rusty parts lying around and rebuild the leaf spring packs. By employing zip ties, c clamps, and our own DIY centering bolts, we're confident that we can achieve the desired lift without encountering any issues.

Join us on this thrifty and resourceful journey as we prove that with a little ingenuity, you can achieve remarkable results without breaking the bank!

I love it, making what you want outta stuff you don't want... that's the true spirit of hot-rodders everywhere. This new Generation are just parts replacers', throw the parts store at a vehicle and then can't figure out what's wrong when it doesn't work right.

My stock 86 and another stock 92 clears 34” very well wonder why it took all that to clear 33” on yours. And yes my front springs look just as bad as yours did. I am gonna add some leafs though because I want to clear some 35” I have on another set of wheels. Nice job

Nice
You can make your shackles 1 inch longer for half inch of lift. You will also gain some castor which would help with on rd handling
