Brown Sugar Pecan Pie | No Corn Syrup Recipe | Easy Southern Dessert!

Brown Sugar Pecan Pie
2 and ½ cups of chopped pecans
1 tbsp of flour
2 cups of packed brown sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten and at room temperature
1 teaspoon, vanilla
1 tbsp, lemon juice (optional)
1 9-inch DEEP dish pie shell (par-bake shell for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, let cool slightly). Then lower oven temperature to 350.

In a medium bowl, stir together flour and pecans
In a large saucepan, heat butter and brown sugar until melted. Remove from heat and stir in eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add pecan mixture and stir well. Pour filling into shell and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set and does not jiggle.

Heck yes! We have never done this pie ourselves. It intimidate us. The closer we got to this was adding pecans to our pumpkin pie. That butter mix has the right color. Looks so perfect.

Have never tried this way looks really good .Only thing I would have to use is gluten free flour and. Deep dish gluten free pie crust . Bet its not as sweet either And I love pecans 2 boot .Those are my fave nut, yum
