His age {35} is pretty young to die of congestive heart failure. The fact that he was severely anemic {the likely major contributing factor to his heart condition} while he was a hospital resident suggests that his physical health was not properly monitored. He was likely kept doped up on antipsychotic medication and his nutrition intake not monitored. He had 'unalived' someone from a wealthy and prominent Jamaican family, so
