If you're brand new to Escape from Tarkov chances are you might be a little overwhelmed with how complex this game can get. There are so many little tips and keybinds that can make your time in game much more
enjoyable that don't seem to get talked about enough, so that's why today I'm going to be showing you guys 25 tips in tricks that will completely elevate your gameplay in Escape from Tarkov.

5:00 I prefer heavy bleed med on press and light on release. That way if you have both it will prioritize fixing heavy first 😊

The healing keybind one seems pretty useful. Usually i would have heavy bleed, medkit, painkillers and a light bleed bound to 4-7 respectively, usually meaning i would fumble around trying to use the right healing item. that tip is gonna save me a lot of stress and time using it the way you said

A huge tip when I started playing 3 years ago that made me so much better is find a good FOV. Originally I put it on 75 and when i first started playing and then I lowered it to 59-65 I was able to spot people so much easier and won so many more fights

I rebound my regular leans to the forward and back buttons on my mouse, then made shoulder swap both at the same time. I changed the Q and E keys to the slow leans. Been playing for years and i havent used the leans as much as i do now since it was so clunky with default binds

When doing the heavy and light bleed to key bind 4 make sure u do heavy bleed to press and light bleed and heal too release that way when u press it it will do the heavy bleed first and not take it out of the heal kit just the heavy bleed fix, as it cost a lot more points to fix a heavy bleed out of a heal kit.

I’ve always binded discard item to left control and spacebar. I have pretty much fully unbinded alt from any keybind due to it being less fluent ergonomically and instead moved it all to the control key with few exceptions like overhead blind fire. Prone is one touch x and crouch to c. Drop bag double tap z for intentional usage.

For deleting items, I re-binded console from “ ‘ ” to “ = “ and delete item to “ ‘ “, it’s so good

Rebind "drop item" to the tilde button, the button that has the ~ and ` symbols. It's normally used to open the console, which is basically useless anyway. You can spam it much faster than doing space + left click, and it's easy to reach.

I dont know why you day slow crouch walking is a bug for no sound, all but one wipe its been this way an the one wipe it made sound it was patched and fixed
