This is the model to get. That diesel is amazing but never available in the US in this form.

Why this X5 missing the radar piece in front of the bottom gill item # 5AT Driving Assistant Plus, suppose it is a standard system for m50d F15?

A diesel version of the X5 M? Only available in Europe I guess. though, I would wonder why one would want it if getting a diesel to get more torque and to get more "fuel economy". If you're going for a "sports SUV" just get the X5 M or Rang Rover Sport SVR, Porsche Cayenne Turbo S...etc.
