A real shame that the BMW 3.0 diesel lump catches fire, aint it?. A lovely sounding engine, although way too loud in the cabin when you are driving the 3.0 straight 6 diesel in all honesty, it may growl, but forget hearing anything else if you want to floor one of these BMW 3.0 diesels, the noise inside the cabin is a bit too loud for my liking. I have owned 335d, 435d, etc, love the sound for a while, but then the noise becomes deafening. You dont get that in a Mercedes-Benz 3.0 diesel or Jaguar 3.0 diesel just to name a few, that may not be as sporty as a BMW, but are not as noisy and uncomfortable in the cabin when you drive it.

Thats slower than the 40d which has 60bhp less😂😂😂
