I train legs once every 10 days and do only 4 past failure intense sets.
So far it’s working perfectly for me

I’ve been using the five sets of five reps format for 80% of my max. Anything lower than that I’ll use five sets of six reps.

Why does Afiq use the big plate? Just use normal plates?

90% of powerlifters dont look athletic. All their muscle is in the middle of their bodies and they have severely underdeveloped arms and legs. Doesnt look well rounded. Not sure why they dont spend the extra hour or two a week to just hit arms and calves
