Funny enough if we just went by normal moon cycles and solar cycles our calendar would be easier to use and easier to understand. the moon completes a cycle every 28 days. that's one month. and it does that 13 times a year. which is how long it takes for the earth to circle the sun once. so in reality, 364 days a year is the real calendar. so our Gregorian calendar which has 365 days on normal years and 366 days every 4 years is, well, wrong. its actually still 2022. how do I get this figure? 1582 is when the Gregorian calendar was introduced. its now 2023.... so that's 441 years. you figure every 4 years there is an extra day right? 441/4=110. So 441+110=551 days. And if you go back from today (10/30/2023) 551 days, its 2022.... april 28th to be exact.... granted that doesn't seem right. but then you have to remember how many different calendars used before then. so really we have no clue when it really is....

This video is pretty much bogus. The calendar they show is not the one I use if I want to calculate a date. It is complex, or at least much different than the linear ones most use. Kukulkan descending at equinox is a real thing. Saw it and it IS quite impressive to see it happening. Saw the observatory. That was a trip as I live near Palomar Observatory and it looks the same. Well, on the outside at least. Still hoping to revisit Chichen Itza and other sites. There have been a ton more discoveries being revealed by LINAR.

One reason Mayans are such excellent mathematicians is because it is base twenty. system. That small differnce makes it easy to handle large numbers without requiring the use of "scientific notation" for astronomical figure. And Mayans are very interested in the cosmos.

This video is almost entirely incorrect. It's actually impressive how wrong they are about it all.

everyone has their own form of making chocolate because chocolate is rather thick and can be high in sugar

imagine a gigantic mousetrap, the planet entered the threshhold of the playing surface in the 72 hour span of dec 21 2012, the dark rift, a whole new light in the cosmos shines in the area we now are that we inhabit, this happened more than a decade ago, and the path the earth has taken has brought us all into the teeth of the mechanism, well within the operating mechanics of the way the thing works, buckle up.
