How to install a rubber roof | Is it difficult?

In this video we show you how to install a Rubber Roof on a garden room and we let you know just how difficult we think it is in case you are new to Rubber Roofing. Rubber Roofing or EPDM is a great alternative to traditional flat roofing materials such as Felt and Asphalt. In this video we used ClassicBond Rubber roofing, but the same principles will apply if you are using other brands such as Firestone.

Edging trim, does the water on the roof just flow off roof between the edpm and the trim?

Hi,
I've recently had my 60m2 flat roof replaced with a rubber roof with one join.

The thing is, it doesn't feel like it's stuck down properly. The waters pooling because there isn't enough pitch & the side with the gutters aren't stuck down properly so the water can't run into the gutters.

There's also no vapour barrier which makes me think could be a reason why it didn't stick down properly.

I was charged 13k just for the roof replaced not including scaffolding

What a useless piece of film! Who thought a drone flying 5m away would be the best way to show what was happening - get in close, SLOW it down, talk it through. Guy talks like he’s got another job on in 5 minutes so no time for all this!
